There is no such thing as a validated "cpn" - a "cpn" is a nine digit number that anyone can create. If your number shows as a validated on one the validator sights it is a social security number that belongs to someone else. If you want to create your own number you can log into http://www.checkmyssn.com/ and for $4.95 you can find out if the number that you created is being used but this does not validate it.
